All Spencer Wilson sunglasses are covered by a two-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include coverage for scratched lenses or damage resulting from misuse or alterations, such as adding prescription lenses, which will void your warranty.

If your Spencer Wilson sunglasses are still under the two-year warranty and you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We’ll be happy to assist you in submitting a warranty assessment. Each case is thoroughly evaluated by the manufacturer to determine if it qualifies as a manufacturing fault.
